So here's the list of tricks to improve your health.

1) Stress Less, laugh more

3) Eat less; it's all about portions and not overeating simple sugars and flours
4) Embrace bacteria; this is hard for Jen, but research shows "'good' germs can improve your metabolism, enhance your immunity and reduce inflammation."

7) Stay pH balanced; coconuts help with this
8) Eat lots of garlic
